The Latin American map and timetable shows Pan Am's extensive operations into this area. Latin routes were based at Miami's Dinner Key with the use of Martin and Boeing airboats. This map also covers PAA owned carriers in Mexico, Cuba, and South America. The Dinner Key facility is spotlighted under "PlaneSpotting" elsewhere in the site. 1940 also marked the introduction of the world's first pressurized airliner, the Boeing 307 Stratoliner.
