Ozark's final router map before being absorbed into St. Louis based TWA shows a streamlined hub operation at St. Louis. The bulk of the point-to-point flights had been discontinued. Chicago, once the airline's #2 market, was left with just nonstops to St. Louis. Ozark Midwest was a commuter carrier that became TWA affiliate Trans States Airlines. Most of Ozark's routes were peeled away from TWA after the merger. In 2000-2001, Ozark II (no relation to the original) operated Doriner Jets to DFW and Chicago Midway from its base in Columbia, Missouri.
