G-AXDN was the 1st pre-production Concorde built, first flying on December 12, 1971. Along with it's French counterpart F-WTSA and the 2 prototypes, this Concorde never entered airline service last flying on August 20, 1977. Based at Duxford UK, ‘AXDN is beautifully maintained in its own hanger where visitors can also walk through the narrow interior.
