For the passengers and crews who flew it, The B377 was beloved. The only downside was the unreliability of the engines. It was queen of the skies for a short time from 1950 to the mid 1950s as the Connie's and DC-7s took over until the Jet Age. This early 1950s Strat cutaway from Phil Montejano is stellar.
